FI WI STORY
Chalik Campbell was the sole proprietor of Chalik Designs , an established faux finish business in Jamaica for more than 20 years. With a growing demand and limited resources, Chalik decided to partner with former schoolmate & entrepreneur, Mark Dean. ExotiCrete Surfaces (ExotiCrete) Limited was formed and registered in March 2022.

Mark is an impassioned businessman who believes in the value of experience, tenacity, and leaving a legacy. Chalik has formal training in Fine Arts, Interior Design Installations and Land Surveying form Edna Manley School of the Arts, Firenzecolor Miami and UTECH, respectively. He specializes in venetian plaster finishes, decorative concrete installations, concrete furniture fabrications, and exotic epoxy systems.
As co - CEOs, Chalik and Mark share the company’s vision and aspiration to create a “more beautiful world for others to live in.”
